F-150 HEVT: a van which consumes 5.7 L/100 km

It was on the truck F-150 Ford that his Grafted to HEVT system ordinarily reserved for buses. The wording is simple, it is just a smaller version suitable for trucks making it the first vans green on the market.

The difference is important in terms of consumption, since F-150 pickup ordinary consumes an average of 14.7 L/100 km while with the system HEVT, the average reached a very low 5.7 L/100 km.

The most interesting about this technology is that it is applicable to any truck currently on the road. This is not a system that must be installed at the factory. According to the company founder, Felix Kramer, it seems that HEVT has found the solution to the problem of consumption vans.

The company hopes to launch a fleet of F-150 HEVT in the near future, but nothing has been said about the possibility of mass production for the public, or whether the system will be available in Canada.

For now, the company is always looking to combat the high cost of production for profitable investment of a conversion.
